  • Proven leadership skills and able to supervise staff, a vast knowledge of Human Resource processes and serve as department liaison. Able to work independently but enjoys being a member of the team.


  • Proficient with management of personnel records and maintenance of time entry data and reporting of accruals, compliance training, and other related personnel files as required per institutional records retention schedule.


  • Knowledgeable in all phases of recruitment including placing ads, interview process, and arranging relocation.
